The site is built to be usable with a keyboard alone, with visible focus on every control, text labels alongside icons, form fields that are properly labelled, and touch targets of at least 44 pixels. Saving a place announces itself to screen readers. Motion is minimal and respects your reduced-motion setting.
It has been checked at mobile, tablet and desktop widths and with automated type and lint checks. It has not yet been audited by an accessibility specialist or tested with a full range of assistive technology.
Accessibility of the places we list
This is the more important limitation. Step-free routes, accessible toilets and similar details are rarely published in a form that can be checked remotely, so on most place pages they are marked not checked.
Not checked means we do not know. It does not mean a facility is absent, and it must not be read as a guarantee in either direction. A station having a lift also does not mean an entire journey is step-free, which is why we never describe a route that way unless it has been verified.
If your visit depends on a specific accessibility feature, contact the venue directly before travelling.
